1. Who we are

Skalm is operated by David Vijay Mattu, autónomo registered in Spain ("we", "us"). By using Skalm ("the Service") you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Skalm provides AI-powered architectural visualisation tools on a subscription and credit basis. Features vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to use the Service. One account per user.

4. Subscriptions & credits

• — Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• — Credits are consumed per generation and roll over between billing periods
• — Free tier credits reset daily subject to fair use
• — No refunds on consumed credits
• — Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in breach of this.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Our content

The Skalm platform, brand, and generated outputs (where original) are owned by us. You may use generated outputs freely for your own commercial and personal projects.

8. Liability

The Service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
